Fair business / Antitrust laws

At FLE, we believe in conducting business with integrity and promoting fair competition. We are committed to complying with international standards and business rules, including those related to fair business practices, advertising, and competition. We strictly prohibit engaging in cartel or collusive business activities, as well as any false product marking or misleading information that may cause confusion or misunderstanding for our customers.

To ensure that we uphold these standards, we do not engage in fixing prices, coordinating prices, or other pricing matters, such as discounts, allowances, or credit terms. We do not exchange non-public sensitive business information with competitors, such as turnovers, prices, strategies, customer data, or market shares. We also do not partition markets, allocate customers or territories, or impose non-compete and exclusivity obligations unless they are exempted from the cartel prohibition. We do not engage in resale price maintenance obligations or abuse of market dominant positions. Additionally, we do not coordinate or arrange independent tenders in a formal public or private tendering procedure.

We do not conduct any act that impedes fair, transparent, and free competition. We promote fair business, advertising, and competition in compliance with international standards and business rules. We also implement in-house education to prevent any violation of laws and regulations related to antitrust and fair trade, or any other similar acts.

By adhering to these principles, we strive to maintain a reputation of trust and reliability in the industry and build long-lasting relationships with our stakeholders based on mutual respect and ethical business practices.
